The Print

The border print is the main event: dense floral and paisley motifs in gold, cream, and soft grey, running along the hem of the kurta and repeating at the base of the palazzo pants. Above it, the black fabric carries a light scatter of small gold star and dot motifs, so the top half stays understated while the hem does the work.

The Neckline

A mandarin collar with a short front slit closes with a slim gold tassel tie — a small detail, but it's the one place on the set with a bit of shine against all that black.

Fit & Comfort

The kurta sits straight and hip-length rather than flared, so it layers easily without adding bulk. (Confirm fabric — the matte finish and drape suggest a cotton or rayon base; update with your actual composition.) The palazzo pants are cut wide-leg with a relaxed fit through the hip, matching the kurta's border print at the ankle. Full sleeves finish with the same border print at the cuff.
